WORKER’S SCHEDULE:  The worker’s schedule will be posted to the website by Thursday evening.  Thank you all for volunteering!  Almost every single competitor has volunteered to work at this trial.  This is the first trial that I have encountered this level of volunteer participation. I thank you!  Your fellow competitors thank you too!  It takes 5 workers to support one dog/handler team on course.  Volunteering makes the trial run smoothly.:)  Canine Kinship is a small club and we could not host the trials without your continual support.

FOOD:
There is a concession stand that offers a hot breakfast and lunch too.  The contract for this facility states that no one is allowed to bring food into the building from any outside source. Please respect this rule as it is specifically stated in the contract. We appreciate your cooperation!

Please do not arrive any earlier as the building will not be open prior to 6:30 according to the building rental agreement prior to 6:30. Daily registration will be from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.  Briefings will begin at 7:15 a.m. The first dog will be on the line shortly after the briefing.

RUNNING ORDER: A running order will not be posted on the website. A running order will be posted each morning at the trial. The first class of each day will be Weavers and it will be run in this order each day: Novice Open Elite. Yes, Novice Weavers be the first class of each day followed by Open Weavers and then Elite Weavers.

MOVE UPS:
We will accept move ups for 30 minutes after the last run of the day on Saturday.

WORKERS:  Canine Kinship  consists of a few core friends that put on good down to earth trials.   We are not a big club with many members.  So please volunteer to work and fill out the enclosed worker form. We truly appreciate all the help we get at trials as we could not put on trials without the help of volunteers. We do have heavy equipment and just the addition of one or two additional volunteers at course change time makes all the difference in the world!  We provide water and snacks for workers. If you have questions regarding ‘Trial Jobs’ a detailed description of each job is located at the following web site: http://inthezoneagility.homestead.com/jobs.html.   There also is a blank worker form there.  PLEASE FILL OUT THE WORKERS FORM. I would like to create a workers schedule before the trial. THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!

NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies in the records we send them at the end of the trial. Instead, they post the trial results to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after receiving them from us. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”. You’ll be able to view trial results and find discrepancies (if any) without receiving list mail. Contact NADAC only if your registration number or qualifying results are shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.
