TRIAL INFO:

‘Canine Kinship’ would like to thank you for entering our March NADAC agility trial.  This email is your final confirmation prior to this trial. 

PLEASE VOLUNTEER TO HELP!  The workers schedule has many empty spaces and everyone benefits if we all help in some capacity.  If you are running your dog, at least 5 other people are volunteering to work to support your run. :) To volunteer please see Leslie Burgard our Chief Ring Steward. Thanks to everyone that has already volunteered to work! This is a full trial with 500 runs per day. Your willingness to step in and help will make the trial move along much faster!  There will be snacks and water for the workers. No workers schedule will be posted on the website. It will be posted at the trial. :)

RING and EQUIPMENT SET UP: 

If you would like to help set up the ring and unload the equipment from the trailer, please arrive at 1:00 on Friday. If you arrive at 1:00 to help set up, you may set up your crates too.

EXHIBITOR SETUP on FRIDAY:

Exhibitor setup on Friday will be open for everyone beginning at 2:45 PM.  Please do not arrive at the show site any earlier as we will be busy getting everything setup and ready to go.  Unfortunately, the added congestion of early arrivals delays this process.

REGISTRATION/START TIME: Friday registration will begin at 2:45 PM. Touch N Go will begin at 3:00 PM. We will run TNG and then Tunnelers. You may enter these classes on Friday if you are unsure of your arrival time. Day of show entries will be $15 per class. Tunnelers will begin when we finish TNG. I will accept the last day of show entry at 4:45 PM. Once TNG has concluded, we will not reset TNG for late arrivals. We will begin Tunnelers when we finish TNG. There is no way for me to tell you what time TNG will conclude and/or tunnelers will begin. We have a total of 100 runs on Friday.

Daily registration for both Saturday and Sunday will begin at 6:45 a.m.  Briefing will begin at 7:00 AM with the first dog on the line immediately afterward. We have a full trial! We will begin with Elite Weavers each day. I will post a tentative running order at the trial.

Please follow all of the rules stated in the premium.  Lee Carr works hard to keep this site in excellent condition for our enjoyment! Please read the rules that are stated in the premium.

There will be no food available, so please bring you own. 

MOVE UPS:

We will accept move ups for 30 minutes after the last run of the day on Saturday.

Each individual run: $12

Full weekend package (all 14 runs): First Dog: $150 Second Dog: $145

Saturday & Sunday Runs (all 12 runs): First Dog: $135 Second Dog: $130

Junior Handlers: $5 a run for all classes

Friday Classes:

Day of show entries will be accepted until 5:00 PM with a cost of $10 a run. Please note; if you arrive at 4:55 PM there will be a good possibility that one of the classes may already be completed. We will post the Friday Class Running Order and Start Time on the website http://www.caninekinship.homestead.com.

Saturday and Sunday:

We will accept day of show entries for Saturday and/or Sunday provided the trial has not filled. The day of show entry fee is $15 per run with no package deals. Day of show entries will only be accepted during check-in and must be completed before the morning General Briefing. Check-in and General Briefing times will be posted to the website. It is recommended that you e-mail vcubed@chilitech.net the week before the trial to see if we have room for Day of Show Entries.

REMEMBER: Any printed running order is always very tentative with the latest information posted to the Canine Kinship website http://www.caninekinship.homestead.com.

FOOD: No Food will be available so bring your own!!

Rules to follow while at the Millersville Site

*DO NOT DRIVE IN THE GRASS  AROUND OR BEHIND THE AGILITY FIELD OR BUILDING.

-No Parking is allowed by the gravel road by the building or in front of the agility field

-Quick Parking is allowed in front of the agility fields for unloading and loading

-If you smoke, please dispose of your cigarette butts in a trash sack. Do not drop and leave them on the ground

-Stay away from the agility equipment that is located by the building. This is private equipment

-Stay away from the white house on the hill and the building

-Please Pick up after your dog

IMPORTANT.

Please check your dog’s NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately.

NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies the records we send them at the end of the trial.  Instead, they post the trial results to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after receiving them from us. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”. You’ll be able to view trial results and find discrepancies (if any) without receiving list mail. Contact NADAC only if your registration number or qualifying results are shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.

Levels. Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will no longer be banked by NADAC for future use. As of June 1, 2006 if a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records.
